It's time for me to find a new home in San Francisco. My flatmate (the leaseholder) is moving to the east bay and hence, our rent will skyrocket under a new lease. I can move anytime, need to be out by Nov 1, sooner is better.

I've been living on Dolores/16th for 20 months and loving the location. So I'd like to stay in the area - Inner Mission/Dolores - Church/Market - Duboce Triangle - Castro - Lower Haight - but go ahead and send me your offers and forward this around to interested parties.

Never late with bills, keeps a clean house. I've got a steady job in the Mission handling shipping operations for Titan Media. In the evenings I am pretty active; teaching yoga, swimming, acting, enjoying the nightlife, dinners with friends and neighbors. I do a little drag here and there but I'm not high maintainance at all. I'm quite chill, easygoing and agreeable. Get around on my bicycle and get out to nature whenever I can. Light on my feet when coming home late. Oh, I'm 33, queer and single.

Dream House

A friendly, peaceful, house that's relatively quiet when it's time to sleep. Would love to live with other creative types for mutual inspiration. Do not want to live with serious drug users. Do your dishes and share the housework. Ultimately I would have a garage or other space to paint in aside from my bedroom.

need to get a separate painting space.
